Non-Delivery or Delivery Disputes

• If tracking shows "Delivered" but the customer has not received the parcel, inform us within 3 days of delivery date.
• We will raise an investigation with the courier partner.
• Investigation timeline: 6–10 working days.
• Action will be taken based on courier findings.

Damaged or Missing Product

If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel:

1. Record an unboxing video.
2. Ensure the video clearly shows:
   • Outer packaging
   • Product condition
   • Batch number
3. Share the video within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification:

• Replacement or refund will be processed.
• Claims without video proof may not be accepted.
